About your order

Order flow

1. Choose items

Please see the image, color, material, heel height etc on the product detail page. If you are registered as a member of SHOES CONCIERGE, click "Clip" to compare multiple items.

2. Add to Cart

When the product is decided, select the desired size and press the "Add to Cart" button to move on to the purchase procedure.
If you continue shopping, please press the "Continue shopping" button.

3. Order

Please choose the addressee information, delivery method, payment method. If you are registered as a member of SHOES CONCIERGE, you are logged in, you will see the customer information you registered, so please check.
You can order even if you do not register as a member.
Since a confirmation screen appears at the end, after confirming whether there is no mistake, I confirm the order.

4. Arrival of order confirmation mail

After ordering, we will send you an order confirmation email to the registered e-mail address.

5. Confirmation of contents after ordering

About product inventory

The products handled by this site share the inventory of the store. Therefore, even products that are accepting orders may be "sold out", "reserved items of other customers at the store", "items not suitable for shipment", so please understand.

About changing / canceling your order
